Sometimes you just don't want your workouts to stop. When that happens we can make arrangements for you to join me in one of my weekend workouts. Each weekend I usually will be mountain biking, road cycling, cross-country skiing, running, or hiking. All ability levels are welcome and we can arrange individual instruction prior to these events if necessary to help you safely and effectively join in. For example, if you were to select mountain biking, I would include transportation and a basic skills class before we hit the trails. Prices will vary depending on how far we travel, but just like the personal training prices, they will be reasonable.
