Fall is here! Huzzah! Today is our first workout at beautiful Alberta Park. We'll be meeting under the covered area on the NE Killingsworth end of the park between 19th and 22nd. It can a little tricky to see early in the morning, but head towards the lit area in the middle!

Double Tabata: Abs and Glutes
