How is it possible that September is almost over?! Wah?! This week will be our final workouts at Irving and McKenna Parks for the season. Remember, this is also the last week to use those punch cards and summer memberships. If you plan on continuing to work out with us (and I hope you do!) you'll need to sign-up for a new membership plan. To celebrate the end of Summer, Saturday, September 30 will be a FREE Friends and Family workout at 8:30am-- no drop-in fee or membership needed. Join us for a fun workout, post class coffee at Bushel and Peck, AND announcements of our September Challenge Winners.

Join us at Alberta Park this Fall!
Classes start at Alberta Park Oct. 2

If you'd like to continue booty camping it up with us, we are moving to Alberta Park on NE 19th and Killingsworth starting Oct. 2. The new location offers better and brighter covered area and delightful post-class coffee options (priorities, people).

Classes will run M/W/F at 6am AND T/TH at 7am and will be limited to 8 people per class. Small class sizes mean more attention for each person and better, more personalized training.

Memberships will be $99/mo for unlimited classes or opt for a 10-class pack (expires after 31 days) for $80. Memberships are available now. Sign-up directly at bcfitnesspdx.com (http://bcfitnesspdx.com/memberships) . Sign-up for monthly auto-pay ($99/mo) and get locked in to your rate as long as you're working out with us! That means when future membership prices increase, you'll get to maintain the same low rate for small group training.

Working out 3 days per week? That's less than $7 per class. Working out 4 days per week? That's $5 per class for small group personal training. With five class times offered per week and supportive programming for days you can't make it to the park, it's a steal of a deal.
