Fall 2018 Schedule
UPDATE: Classes will continue through Oct. 26, 2018. Coach Liz is going on maternity leave starting in November. Stay tuned for our updated 2019 schedule!
Classes are limited to 8 people (we keep the small in small group training!), so please be sure to sign-up ahead of time. Clients may cancel their class registration up to 2 hours prior without penalty.
Please arrive on-time to ensure you get the most out of your class experience. Late-comers have the joy of a burpee penalty :)
